Section 1227H — Corporations Act 2001: Applying for and granting leave

(1) For the purposes of subsection 237(3), a person is a third party if the company is a CCIV and the person is not a related party of the CCIV. (2) Paragraph 237(4)(a) does not apply to a CCIV. Note: Related party, in relation to a CCIV, is defined in section 1227E.
