Section 1232N — Corporations Act 2001: Conflict of interest situation

(1) Subsection 324CD(2) has effect as if the following item were added to the table in that subsection: 4 a retail CCIV the corporate director or a former corporate director of the CCIV; or a current or former director of the corporate director; or a person currently or formerly involved in the management of the CCIV; or a person currently or formerly involved in the management of the corporate director. (2) Subsection 1232(1) does not apply for the purposes of subsection 324CD(2).
