Section 1234G — Corporations Act 2001: Who may hold the assets of a CCIV

(1) The money and property of a CCIV may be held by the CCIV or another person. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to the regulations made for the purposes of this subsection. Note: This Division contains requirements for holding the money and property of a CCIV. Further requirements that apply to a CCIV or another person who holds such assets may be prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of subsection (2).
