Section 1236D — Corporations Act 2001: Notifying of appointment or cessation of controller

If: (a) a person (the controller) is appointed as, or ceases to be, the controller of property of a sub-fund of a CCIV; and (b) one or more persons, other than the CCIV, holds assets of the sub-fund of the CCIV; the controller must, as soon as practicable, and in any event within 3 business days after the controller’s appointment or cessation, notify each such person in writing of the appointment or cessation.
