Section 1236G — Corporations Act 2001: Powers of receiver

Text of the provision Official document

If: (a) a receiver is appointed in respect of property of a sub-fund of a CCIV; and (b) one or more persons, other than the CCIV, holds assets of the sub-fund of the CCIV; the powers conferred under section 420 on the receiver are taken to include the power to instruct each such person in relation to dealing with the assets of the sub-fund.
