Section 1237F — Corporations Act 2001: Statutory demand—CCIV may apply to set aside demand

(1) A CCIV may apply to the Court under section 459G for an order setting aside a statutory demand served on the CCIV. (2) Division 3 of Part 5.4 applies in relation to the application subject to the modifications set out in sections 1237G to 1237J.
