Section 1239M — Corporations Act 2001: A CCIV may not be reinstated under section 601AH

The registration of a CCIV may not be reinstated under section 601AH. Note: If a CCIV has been deregistered and the registration of a sub-fund is reinstated under section 601AH, ASIC must reinstate the registration of the CCIV: see section 1239H.
