Section 1241Z — Corporations Act 2001: Disclosure obligations of issuers of securities in CCIVs

(1) Subsection 1017B(2) also applies in relation to a financial product that is an ED security in a CCIV. Note: A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matter in subsection 1017B(2) (see subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code). (2) Paragraph 1017D(1)(b) also applies as if it referred to a product that is a security in a CCIV.
