Section 1270 — Corporations Act 2001: Appointment of the Registrar

(1) The Minister may, by notifiable instrument, appoint a Commonwealth body to be the Registrar. (2) The Minister may, by notifiable instrument, appoint a Commonwealth body to be the Registrar in relation to one or more functions or powers of the Registrar.
