Section 1270B — Corporations Act 2001: Powers

The Registrar’s powers include: (a) such powers as are conferred: (i) on the Registrar in relation to the functions mentioned in section 1270A; and (ii) by or under this Act; and (b) the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of those functions.
