Section 1324A — Corporations Act 2001: Provisions relating to prosecutions

In the prosecution of a person for an offence in respect of a contravention of a provision of Chapter 5C, 6CA or 6D, Part 7.10 or Chapter 8B, the Court may do either or both of the following: (a) grant an injunction under section 1324 against the person in relation to: (i) the conduct that constitutes, or is alleged to constitute, the offence; or (ii) other conduct of that kind (b) make an order under section 1324B in respect of the person.
