Section 1448 — Corporations Act 2001: Application of amendments made by Schedule 4 to the Corporations Legislation Amendment Act 2003

If, at the time the amendments made by Schedule 4 to the Corporations Legislation Amendment Act 2003 commence: (a) a company is required to lodge a notice under a provision amended by Schedule 4; and (b) the time within which the company must lodge the notice has not expired; the amendments made by Schedule 4 apply to the company’s requirement to lodge the notice.
