Section 1453 — Corporations Act 2001: Definitions

In this Part: amending Act means the Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004. old Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement day. Schedule 1 commencement means the day on which Schedule 1 to the Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004 commences. Schedule 4 commencement means the day on which Schedule 4 to the Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004 commences. Schedule 5 commencement means the day on which Schedule 5 to the Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004 commences. Schedule 8 commencement means the day on which Schedule 8 to the Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004 commences.
