Section 1498 — Corporations Act 2001: Application of amendments
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The amendment made by item 1 of the amending Schedule applies to promissory notes made after the commencement of that item. (2) The amendment made by item 2 of the amending Schedule applies to trustees appointed on or after the commencement of that item.
