Section 1525 — Corporations Act 2001: Application of amendments of section 300A

(1) The amendments of section 300A made by the Corporations Amendment (Improving Accountability on Director and Executive Remuneration) Act 2011 apply in relation to remuneration reports for financial years starting on or after 1 July 2011. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the repeal of subsection 300A(1AAA). Saving of regulations made for paragraph 300A(1)(f) (3) The amendment of paragraph 300A(1)(f) made by the Corporations Amendment (Improving Accountability on Director and Executive Remuneration) Act 2011 does not affect the validity of any regulations in force for the purposes of that paragraph immediately before that amendment.
