Section 1533 — Corporations Act 2001: Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the amending Act (winding up by ASIC)

(1) Paragraph 489EA(1)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 as amended by the amending Act applies in relation to a return of particulars given to a company before, at or after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the amending Act. (2) Subsection 489EA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 as amended by the amending Act applies in relation to a review fee, if the due date for payment occurs before, on or after the day on which Schedule 1 to the amending Act commences. (3) Subsection 489EA(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 as amended by the amending Act applies in relation to a reinstatement that occurs before, at or after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the amending Act.
