Section 1546D — Corporations Act 2001: Application of requirements relating to provisional relevant providers

Section 921F, as inserted by the amending Act, applies in relation to any authorisation given on or after 1 January 2019 to a person who is not an existing provider. Note: Section 921F sets out the requirements in relation to a person who is a provisional relevant provider.
