Section 1546ZA — Corporations Act 2001: Offence for failing to lodge transitional notices

Section 922M applies as if a reference in that section to a notice provision included a reference to a notice given under this Division. Note: Section 922M provides that a person commits an offence if a person does not lodge certain notices.
