Section 1569 — Corporations Act 2001: Sharing information between the Board and committees

(1) The Chair of a committee convened under Part 2 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) may request the Chairperson of the Board (the Board Chair) to give the committee any information or document in the Board’s possession or control in relation to a person who: (a) is, or has at any time been, a registered liquidator under the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations); or (b) has at any time been registered as a liquidator, or as a liquidator of a specified body corporate, under the old Act. (2) The Board Chair must comply with the request within 10 business days.
