Section 1588 — Corporations Act 2001: Paying money into administration account

Application of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) (1) Sections 65-5 and 65-15 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) do not apply in relation to money received before the commencement day. Old regulations continue to apply to money received before commencement (2) Paragraph 5.6.06(1)(b) of the old regulations continues to apply in relation to money received before the commencement day.
