Section 1590 — Corporations Act 2001: Handling securities

Application of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) (1) Section 65-40 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) does not apply in relation to negotiable instruments and other securities received before the commencement day. Old regulations continue to apply to money received before commencement (2) Regulation 5.6.07 of the old regulations continues to apply in relation to bills, notes and other securities received before the commencement day.
