Section 1632 — Corporations Act 2001: Electronic methods of giving or sending certain notices

(1) If: (a) a notice or other document was authorised or required to be given or sent under a provision of the old Act mentioned in a paragraph of subsection 600G(1) that is repealed by Schedule 2 to the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016; and (b) although the authorisation or requirement arose before the commencement day, the notice or other document is required to be given or sent on or after the commencement day; that paragraph of subsection 600G(1) continues to apply in relation to the giving or sending of the notice or other document. (2) Subsections 600G(4) and (4A), as inserted by Schedule 2 to the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016, apply in relation to notices or other documents given or sent on or after the commencement day.
