Section 1684P — Corporations Act 2001: Saving—Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics that: (a) was made under paragraph 921U(2)(b), as in force immediately before 1 January 2022; and (b) was in force immediately before that day; continues in force (and may be dealt with) on and after that day as if it had been made under section 921E, as amended by Schedule 1 to the amending Act.
