Section 235 — Corporations Act 2001: Requirement for person to lodge order

(1) If an order is made under section 233, the applicant must lodge a copy of the order with ASIC within 14 days after it is made. (2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability. Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
