Section 330 — Corporations Act 2001: Effect of winding up on office of auditor

An auditor of a company ceases to hold office if: (a) a special resolution is passed for the voluntary winding up of the company; or (b) in a case to which paragraph (a) does not apply—an order is made by the Court for the winding up of the company.
