Section 426 — Corporations Act 2001: Controller has qualified privilege in certain cases

A controller of property of a corporation has qualified privilege in respect of: (a) a matter contained in a report or return that the controller lodges under section 421A, 422, 422A or 422B; or (b) a comment that the controller makes under paragraph 429(2)(c) (including as it applies under paragraph 429A(3)(g)).
