Section 455A — Corporations Act 2001: Proposing a restructuring plan
Text of the provision Official document
(1) A company may propose a restructuring plan to its creditors. (2) The company is taken to be insolvent if the company does so. (3) The regulations may prescribe the time at which the company is taken to have done so, for the purpose of determining when the company became insolvent under subsection (2).
