Section 456G — Corporations Act 2001: Rights, obligations and liabilities of a company and its officers in relation to the restructuring practitioner

(1) The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the following: (a) the rights, obligations and liabilities of a company that is or has been under restructuring in relation to a person who is or has been the restructuring practitioner for the company; (b) the rights, obligations and liabilities of a company that has at any time made a restructuring plan in relation to a person who is or has been the restructuring practitioner for the restructuring plan; (c) the rights, obligations and liabilities of the officers and former officers of a company that is or has been under restructuring in relation to a person who is or has been the restructuring practitioner for the company; (d) the rights, obligations and liabilities of the officers and former officers of a company that has at any time made a restructuring plan in relation to a person who is or has been a restructuring practitioner for the restructuring plan. (2) The rights, obligations and liabilities provided for in the regulations are in addition to any other rights, obligations and liabilities provided for under this Act.
