Section 457B — Corporations Act 2001: Notice in public documents of company
Text of the provision Official document
(1) A company under restructuring must set out, in every public document, and in every negotiable instrument, of the company, after the company’s name where it first appears, the expression (“restructuring practitioner appointed”). (2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
