Section 489D — Corporations Act 2001: Court’s power to make orders under other provisions

Text of the provision Official document

(1) To avoid doubt, the Court may make an order under section 486A, 598 or 1323, or section 45-1 or 90-15 of Schedule 2 in relation to a person appearing before the Court under: (a) a section 486B warrant; or (b) section 489B. (2) Subsection (1) does not limit section 486A, 598 or 1323, or section 45-1 or 90-15 of Schedule 2.
