Section 535 — Corporations Act 2001: When liquidator has qualified privilege

(1) A liquidator has qualified privilege in respect of a statement that he or she makes, whether orally or in writing, in the course of his or her duties as liquidator. (2) In this section: liquidator includes a provisional liquidator.
