Section 588FK — Corporations Act 2001: Interpretation and application

(1) A word or expression used in this Division (other than the expression PPSA security interest) has the same meaning as in the Personal Property Securities Act 2009. Note 1: As a result of this section, in this Division, company has the same meaning as in the Personal Property Securities Act 2009. Note 2: For PPSA security interest, see section 9. (2) Subsection (1) applies despite any other provision of this Act. (3) For the purposes of this Division, whether or not a person has acquired actual or constructive knowledge of a circumstance is to be determined in accordance with sections 297 to 300 of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.
