Section 601TDA — Corporations Act 2001: Subdivision applies to new client charitable trusts

This Subdivision applies to a particular provision of a traditional trustee company service by a licensed trustee company if: (a) the service consists of being the trustee or manager of a charitable trust; and (b) the provision of the service started on or after the commencement of this section.
