Section 601TDG — Corporations Act 2001: Subdivision applies to existing client charitable trusts

This Subdivision applies to a particular provision of a traditional trustee company service by a licensed trustee company if: (a) the service consists of being the trustee or manager of a charitable trust; and (b) the provision of the service started before the commencement of this section.
