Section 601VBG — Corporations Act 2001: Minister may require further information from applicants

(1) If a person has made an application under this Division, the Minister may, by written notice given to the person, require the person to give the Minister, within a specified period, further information about the application. (2) The Minister may refuse to consider the application until the person gives the Minister the information.
