Section 601WCG — Corporations Act 2001: Access to books

The transferring company must, at the request of the receiving company, give the receiving company access to all books in its possession that relate to assets or liabilities transferred under this Part. Note: Failure to comply with this section is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)).
