Section 653A — Corporations Act 2001: Acceptance of offers made under off-market bid

If: (a) an offer is made under an off-market bid for quoted securities; and (b) regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph set out any requirements for the manner in which the acceptance of the offer, so far as it relates to those securities, must be complied with; an acceptance of the offer for those securities is effective only if it is made in that way.
