Section 715A — Corporations Act 2001: Presentation etc. of disclosure documents

(1) The information in a disclosure document must be worded and presented in a clear, concise and effective manner. Note: If this subsection is contravened, ASIC may make a stop order under section 739. (2) A contravention of subsection (1) is not an offence.
