Section 735 — Corporations Act 2001: Obligation to keep consents and other documents

(1) A person who offers securities under a disclosure document must keep a consent required in respect of the document by subsection 716(2) or section 720. (2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability. Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
