Section 738R — Corporations Act 2001: Company and related parties not to have more than one CSF offer open at any one time

(1) A company must not make a CSF offer at a time when another CSF offer previously made by the company, or by a related party of the company, is open or suspended. Note: Failure to comply with this subsection is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)). (2) A company must not make a CSF offer at the same time as the company, or a related party of the company, makes another CSF offer. Note: Failure to comply with this subsection is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)).
