Section 761H — Corporations Act 2001: References to this Chapter include references to regulations or other instruments made for the purposes of this Chapter

(1) A reference in a provision of this Chapter to this Chapter, or to a particular provision or group of provisions of this Chapter, includes (unless a contrary intention appears) a reference to regulations, or other instruments, made for the purposes of this Chapter, or for the purposes of that provision or any of those provisions, as the case requires. (2) Subsection (1) has effect as if provisions in Part 10.2 (transitional provisions) that relate to matters dealt with in this Chapter were part of this Chapter.
