Section 762B — Corporations Act 2001: What if a financial product is part of a broader facility?

If a financial product is a component of a facility that also has other components, this Act, in applying to the financial product, only applies in relation to the facility to the extent it consists of the component that is the financial product. Note: So, e.g., Part 7.9 does not require disclosures to be made in relation to those other components.
