Section 792E — Corporations Act 2001: Obligation to give ASIC access to market facilities

A market licensee must give a person authorised by ASIC such reasonable access to the market’s facilities as the person requests for any of the purposes of this Chapter. Note: Failure to comply with this section is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)).
