Section 792I — Corporations Act 2001: Making information about compensation arrangements publicly available

A market licensee must take reasonable steps to ensure that information about the compensation arrangements that are in place under Part 7.5 is available to the public free of charge. Note: Failure to comply with this section is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)).
