Section 795C — Corporations Act 2001: Publication of notice of licence grant

If ASIC grants an Australian market licence, ASIC must publish a notice on ASIC’s website that includes: (a) the name of the licensee; and (b) when the licence was granted; and (c) the conditions on the licence.
