Section 826D — Corporations Act 2001: Effect of suspension
Text of the provision Official document
(1) A person whose Australian CS facility licence is suspended is taken not to hold that licence while it is suspended. (2) However, ASIC may specify in the written notice to the licensee that subsection (1) does not apply for specified purposes.
