Section 828 — Corporations Act 2001: Meaning of CS service
Text of the provision Official document
(1) A CS service is a service that can only be provided if it has access to a clearing and settlement facility, or to data used in the operation of a clearing and settlement facility. (2) The operation of a clearing and settlement facility is taken to be the provision of a CS service.
