Section 828C — Corporations Act 2001: Obligation to comply with CS services rules

A person must comply with provisions of the CS services rules that apply to the person. Note 1: This section is a civil penalty provision (see section 1317E). For relief from liability to a civil penalty relating to this section, see section 1317S. Note 2: If there is an inconsistency between the standards determined under section 827D and the CS services rules, the standards prevail: see subsection 827D(2A).
