Section 830B — Corporations Act 2001: Object of this Part

The object of this Part is to provide for the effective management and resolution of threats posed to: (a) the stability of the financial system in Australia; or (b) the continuity of clearing and settlement facility services that are critical to the functioning of the financial system in Australia; that arise from, or in relation to, CS facility licensees.
