Section 836B — Corporations Act 2001: Appointment of 2 or more statutory managers of body corporate

If there are 2 or more statutory managers of a body corporate: (a) the functions and powers of a statutory manager of the body corporate may be performed or exercised by any one of them, or by any 2 or more of them together, subject to any limits or conditions specified in notices given under subsection 832A(6); and (b) a reference in this Act to a statutory manager, or to the statutory manager, of the body corporate is a reference to whichever one or more of those statutory managers the case requires.
